Privacy policy
Declaration on information obligation
The protection of your personal data is very important to us. Therefore we process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal regulations (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within our website.
When you visit our website, your IP address, beginning and end of session will be recorded for the duration of this session. This is technically conditioned and thus represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Unless otherwise provided below, we do not process this data any further.
Contact with us
If you contact us by means of a form on the website or by email, your data will be stored for six months to process the request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this information without your consent.
Cookies
Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device using the browser. They do no harm.
We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit.
If you do not want this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you allow this only in individual cases.
The deactivation of cookies may limit the functionality of our website.
Web analysis
Our website uses features of the web analytics service "Google Analytics" (Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountin View, CA 94043, USA). For this purpose, cookies are used that allow an analysis of the use of the website by your users. The information generated thereby is transmitted to the server of the provider and stored there.
You can prevent this by setting up your browser so that no cookies are stored.
We have concluded a corresponding data processing contract with the provider.
Your IP address is detected but pseudonymized immediately (e.g., by deleting the last 8 bits). As a result, only a rough localization is possible.
The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on the Privacy Shield Agreement.
Data processing takes place on the basis of the statutory provisions of § 96 (3) TKG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a (consent) and / or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.
Our concern within the meaning of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymized.
Web font tracking
Our website uses the Monotype Web Font tracking script to count the page views of web pages that use Web Fonts provided by Monotype Imaging Holdings Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal offices at 600 Unicorn Park Drive, Woburn, Massachusetts 01801 USA, and their subsidiaries and affiliates worldwide.
The web font tracking code does not collect, process or store any personal information.
Your rights
In principle, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection regarding your stored data. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way, you can file a complaint with the data protection authority or directly with us.
